Equipment Intelligent Product Manager - AI FDC
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the planning and design of FDC/AI FDC products, responsible for the products, and formulate product plans and phased goals;
- Research the development of industrial Internet, intelligent manufacturing, especially semiconductor equipment automation and intelligent products and technologies, grasp the changes and development of the industry, and formulate product strategies;
- Analyze industry users and market needs, and propose product ideas, strategies and specific plans;
- Use prototypes, flow charts, PRD and other methods to transform requirements into documents that can be used by demanders, designers and developers, and communicate and confirm with all parties;
- Plan and manage product progress with the development team leader, promote the technical realization of products, and control the quality and efficiency of product implementation;
- Analyze the market environment and competitors, build medium- and long-term product solution strategies, and promote the effective implementation of strategies.
Job requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above in computer-related majors;
- More than 5 years of B-end product work experience, 3 years or more of industrial software development and management experience such as industrial Internet or intelligent manufacturing;
- Very logical in work, good at expression, clear thinking, and excellent writing and document output capabilities;
- Familiar with mainstream design tools, such as Axure, Visio, mind map, etc.;
- Understand user experience elements, attach importance to user experience, be able to accurately understand business needs, and quickly design solutions;
- Highly sensitive to product and operation data, good at using data analysis, collecting user feedback, and continuously optimizing products;
- In the field of semiconductor intelligent manufacturing, especially in the direction of EES equipment automation, including FDC, APC, those with industry background and work experience are preferred;8. Those with work experience in semiconductor equipment abnormality monitoring and process optimization, especially those with experience in semiconductor AI products are preferred.
