Senior HR Operations Executive

Job Responsibilities:
  • Own and manage the entire employee lifecycle—from onboarding to exit.

  • Draft and implement HR policies, employee handbooks, SOPs, and HR documentation aligned with startup best practices.

  • Build and maintain HR operations systems (HRIS, payroll coordination, leave management, etc.).

  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries, helping create a transparent and open HR culture.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and government regulations.

  • Support leadership in creating performance review structures, engagement programs, and L&D initiatives.

  • Analyze HR data to generate insights and improve operational efficiency.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, admin, and other teams to streamline HR processes.

 

Job requirements:
  • 3–5 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for building systems, processes, and documentation from scratch.
  • Working knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with HRIS tools and Microsoft Office.
  • Clear communicator with high levels of ownership, initiative, and confidentiality.
  • Experience in policy drafting, HR handbooks, or designing frameworks is preferred.

  • Exposure to HR software is preferred.

  • Interest in organizational development or culture-building activities is preferred.
